The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a regular and Keurig coffee maker, a dishwasher, stainless steal appliances, and all the kitchen essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. The living room is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating, inviting you to relax and unwind. Whether you're watching your favorite shows on the HDTV or engaging in lively conversations, the open layout ensures that everyone can be a part of the fun.

The main house features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 full bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 10 guests. With two king beds, one queen bed, two twin beds, and one queen sofa sleepers, there's plenty of sleeping options for everyone, ensuring a restful night's sleep. All linens are provided, so you can simply relax and unwind.

Sandpiper Cottage also offers a dedicated workspace with a desk, providing a quiet and comfortable area for guests to attend to any work or personal tasks. Whether you're a remote worker, a student, or simply need a space to catch up on emails or plan your day's activities, this designated work area offers the convenience and functionality you need.

Just outside of the home, ascend up the spiral staircase to find the extra private living quarters. This separate living space provides added privacy and tranquility. The guest quarters include 1 bedroom with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa, sleeping an added 4 guests. This ensures a comfortable stay for those who prefer a little more seclusion. Step out onto the attached balcony and indulge in a serene lounge area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or bask in the breathtaking views.

The vibrant atmosphere of Sandpiper Cottage extends to its outdoor spaces. A large private heated pool awaits you, providing the perfect place to cool off and soak up the Florida sun. The pool is conveniently located on the side of the home, offering privacy and easy access from the main living areas. At night, take a dip and watch the pool change colors with the dazzling pool lights!

Located just a 12-minute walk away from Crescent Village across the South Bridge, Sandpiper Cottage offers an unbeatable location just off of Siesta Key.

For beach enthusiasts, the home is a mere 15-minute walk from Crescent Beach. Known for its powdery white sands and crystal-clear waters, this world-renowned beach offers the perfect backdrop for sunbathing, swimming, or simply enjoying breathtaking sunsets. Sandpiper Cottage goes the extra mile to enhance your beach experience. Beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and a caddy are provided, allowing you to easily transport your beach essentials to the nearby Crescent Beach.

We go above and beyond the industry standard for cleanings with our multi-tiered cleaning protocol within our CottageClean Program. After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 1 rental per 30 day period, per Sarasota, FL ordinance, contact us for more information. Reservation must follow under the accordance of the Sarasota County code regulations. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th.
