Casa Del Mar features three tastefully decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for up to eight guests. The master bedroom offers a king bed, while the additional bedrooms provide a queen bed and two twin beds respectively. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a queen sleeper sofa available. Fresh linens are provided, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The kitchen and dining area are thoughtfully designed to create a seamless culinary experience. The fully equipped kitchen features both a regular and Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, stainless steal appliances, and all kitchen essentials needed. What makes the kitchen area even more convenient is the window that connects it to the outdoor patio.This cleverly designed feature allows for easy serving and dining al fresco. Simply pass dishes or drinks through the window to the patio, making outdoor meals a breeze.

The indoor dining area, located adjacent to the kitchen, features a spacious table with seating for your entire group. Enjoy your meals together, share stories, and create lasting memories in this inviting space.

After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 1 rental per 30 day period, per Sarasota, FL ordinance, contact us for more information. Reservation must follow under the accordance of the Sarasota County code regulations. ​​​​​​​This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th.
