Vacation Rental Description

Hakuna Matata Beach House, where "there are no troubles," has an ocean view and a quick walk to the beach. This 5 BR home, plus bunk room and bonus room, is located in Sea Isle with great beach access. Enjoy the cool Gulf breezes, the Sea Isle amenities, a picnic in the front yard or relax on the deck. There's an outdoor shower to rinse off after some sand time at the beach. Downstairs are two bedrooms, bunk room, a bonus room and a full bath with beautiful walk-in shower. Upstairs you can relax in the comfortable living area in front of the wood burning stove or prepare your catch of the day in the open fully stocked kitchen. There is seating for 8 at the dining table. The additional bedrooms are located on the upper floor. You can also enjoy a view of the sparkling Gulf waters from the upstairs deck whether in the sun for a little tanning or under the palapa for a cool drink. This home has room to sleep up to 16 people for those great family getaways or gatherings. For those winter times, home is heated by a combination of window unit heat and space heaters.

The Owner has installed exterior cameras at this home for security purposes. This provides visual and audio information to the homeowner upon entry to the property. There are no devices inside the home. There is a golf cart and a hot tub at the property that is available to rent directly from the owner. Beach Time Vacation Rentals powered by Casago is not responsible for the rental, damages, or injuries involving the use of the golf cart. The owner can be contacted for questions regarding the rental of the golf cart and/or the hot tub.

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO RENT: 25 - A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay.
**Optional Sea Isle Amenities Fee (not included in rental rate): $100/week for up to 10 guests in a reservation. Passes can not be purchased once the Sea Isle POA office closes at 5:00 PM on Friday and they are not open on the weekends or holidays. If you choose to purchase a pool pass, please contact office prior to arrival.

All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.

Moody Gardens Golf Course is located in Galveston, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as a historic setting for live theatre. And, we love our festivals and special events here in Galveston! Mardi Gras, Lone Star Biker Rally, Dickens on the Strand, and the numerous triathlons, marathons and walk-a-thons are popular events throughout the year. Bird watching, kayaking, and fishing of all kinds round out the many outdoor activities enjoyed by both locals and visitors alike.
