This adorable 1 bedroom 1 bath condo gives you all the feels of the perfect beach vacation without any of the hassle! Conveniently located in the heart of Galveston, Afterdune Delight is just a walk across Seawall Boulevard to the island's beautifully restored and popular Babe's Beach!

As you enter Afterdune Delight, you'll surely be welcomed by the beautiful flooring throughout the condo. Your primary bedroom is located directly to the right as you enter, and features a spacious full-size bed with comfortable linens and pillows provided for your stay. The bed is equipped with reading nook and night light above your head for reading, relaxing, or watching tv. Smart TV's available for your viewing pleasure in both living area and bedroom with streaming services available to log in to with your own accounts and streaming devices. Free Wi-Fi available when you stay at Afterdune Delight! Along the hallway, towards the left, features the twin bunk nook. This area is perfect for families with young children, or family and friends in your group. The living area features a pull-out sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 guests very comfortably. This area also has direct access to the patio. You'll enjoy people watching and most of all those gulf views from the patio with seating for 2 and outdoor table for enjoying coffee or your favorite beverage by the beach. Beach wagon also included for guest use to haul beach goods across the Seawall to the beach!

Staying in for the evening? Enjoy cooking your own meals with Afterdune Delight's fully stocked kitchen, appliances, and dinnerware for 6! Dinnerware includes all eating and cooking utensils, large and small plates, drinking and wine glasses, and those beloved coffee mugs! This charming condo features a compact range oven, toaster, blender, microwave, dual style coffee maker for K-Cups, ground coffee, and even cold brew! As well as full size refrigerator to easily load those groceries and favorite snacks and drinks. Even K-Cups and condiments are available for guests at Afterdune Delight! Enjoy additional seating for 2 at the bar. While the open floor plan features a folding table with 2 chairs for additional dining space as well.

Not cooking on vacation? We got you covered! Afterdune Delight's ideal and desired location has you close to plenty of eating establishments, many even within walking distance! Uber and Lyft are indeed available on Galveston Island as a plus for all your vacation needs. However, at Afterdune Delight you are in walking distance to the following: McDonald's, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Doc Holliday's Roadhouse, Tongs Happy Buddah Chinese Restaurant, Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard, and more!

Wash the action-packed day off in the bathroom's newly remodeled shower. Get ready for a beach day, or night out on the town at the bathroom vanity, with large mirror and ample lighting, perfect for styling hair or applying makeup. Your bath and even beach towels are provided at Afterdune Delight! No need to pack and haul those extras! Starter rolls of toilet paper and paper products are provided, along with a starter set of toiletries including the following items: hotel set of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and a circle bar of body soap. Don't forget to bring extras or stop at one of Galveston's nearby local grocery stores, including Randalls (located down Central City Boulevard), Kroger, and Walmart Supercenter, both located down Seawall Boulevard!

The Casa Del Mar features some of the town's hottest amenities directly on-site! Including, on-site paid parking, on-site laundry facilities, first come, first serve grilling and picnic areas, and 2 swimming pools and hot tubs! One pool is indeed heated during cooler months, sure to please visiting Winter Texans and Snowbirds! For your convenience, the on-site laundry facility for guest use is located down the hall and around the corner from Afterdune Delight!

** Parking Fee is $40.00 for 2 cars for the entirety of your stay. Please visit the main office to pay the parking fee. Office hours are 8AM - 8PM. Only cards accepted.** Please be sure your car is registered with Casa Del Mar as they reserve the right to tow any unregistered vehicles.

No pets are allowed at this property. Service animals are permitted with proper notification provided to the property manager in advance of your stay. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make their experience memorable. However, we only rent to adults over the age of 25 and families. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Absolutely no parties allowed. No gatherings allowed beyond the maximum guest occupancy of 6.

TRUST AND SAFETY: In lieu of a security deposit BTVR charges for damage insurance. Rates for this damage insurance are including in your cleaning fee. The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival date. Any deductible or minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Beach Time Vacation Rentals will process using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.
