Plenty of amenities await you if you book here. Golf course on-site, two boat launches, activities, wonderful restaurants and events nearby await you. Main House, Loft, Deck and Patio furnished to the nines. Complimentary Keurig Duo K-cups Coffee/Hot Chocolate, sugar, sweetener and creamers for your stay. Parking for boat or watercraft in the covered drive of this top notch tiny house. Added security measures to protect your belongings inside and outside. You are equipped during your stay with full access to log in and view security footage of the covered drive to keep an eye on your vehicles/watercraft within view of the exterior IQ cameras. Inside there are NO CAMERAS OR MONITORING, but you do have access to Google Nest Hub in the kitchen to enjoy watching or listening to your media, interact with smart home electronics, lights and appliances including nest thermostat, and the hub gives you the ability to monitor your vehicles and outdoor belongings with the complimentary outdoor security camera footage 24/7, nest mini located in the main house. Enjoy all our Google Nest products that interact with of all TV's, thermostat and other media in the home. All TV's are app enabled and you may cast to devices from your devices. Stereo has bluetooth adapter to receive your media from your device and play on indoor and/or outdoor speakers.
