Situated in the environmentally conscious neighborhoods of The Retreat and Serenity, this charming residence is only a short distance from Disney and offers convenient access to popular restaurants, large retail stores, and shopping centers.

The Space:

Its open-plan layout seamlessly integrates the living and kitchen areas, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is a culinary haven, boasting top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a stunning granite countertop, and beautifully crafted custom-made cabinetry. It is fully equipped with high-quality cookware, allowing guests the option to indulge in home-cooked meals. Please note that for the safety and well-being of our guests, we do not provide seasoning items. Rest assured, every detail has been considered to ensure the utmost comfort during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
The Serenity homes have a tranquil waterside view and a return to nature of fabulous Florida land, just a phew minutes from the Walt Disney World parks. The homes are beautifully designed to create the perfect balance between both a sunshine lifestyle and nature itself, with living and kitchen areas in an open plan to offer a feeling of real space and comfort. Each unit has a covered porch with a private pool and reserved parking spaces, all spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to provide privacy to it's guests. The club house offers a great pool fitness center and games room so guest can enjoy the best of their vacation!!! Club house it is available, however we do not advise guest to open and use because of the risk for Covid19. Club house might have some additional Restrictions, and we do not responsible if operations hours change due COVID19.
