- The max our cottage is 2 people. Day or Night - Please no drop-ins
- Fast, reliable WiFi - Download speeds over 100mbps
- PET POLICY - Dogs only - NO cats! - $120 Dog Fee per Dog - Yard is NOT enclosed - For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate dog if you are not at the house. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless QUIETLY crated.
- 1 car max. parking. Quiet hours 9pm - 9am, to be observed by all guests
- Outside lights go off between 10PM & 11PM

All arrival details—including the home address, access code, check-in/check-out times, house-specific notes, and local recommendations—will be sent to you 3 days before arrival.
You’ll receive a link with everything you need, and a printed copy will also be available in the home.
***If you do not receive your arrival information the day BEFORE your check-in, please call us and we’ll resend it right away.
