*** IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ - There is new home construction ongoing on the lot next door to Beach Nest. Construction work may be performed Monday - Saturday. We do not know definitively if they will work on Saturdays but they are allowed to, starting at 8am. Weekday work may start at 7am. NO WORK IS PERMITTED ON SUNDAYS. And not certain it will happen on Rainy days. We will update this listing as we learn more about the duration of the new home construction. ***

- Dog Friendly! 2 Dog Maximum - $90 Dog Fee per Pup
Dogs must be leashed when outdoors (except on enclosed deck area)
Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless QUIETLY crated.

- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home and due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces
only.

- One Guest Parking Pass provided for easier beach access - Not to be used for general On Street Parking. Specific use instructions provided in the home.
