• Objects in some photos from the gallery may differ from the objects you will find in the apartment: we regularly change linens, décor, and equipment so that you feel comfortable.

• We are not responsible for temporary power and water cuts in the building, but we do our best to contact tech personnel and maintenance and fix the issues as soon as possible.

• We fumigate the studio regularly to avoid any inconveniences that may be caused by local mosquitos and other insects. However, we are not able to separate you completely from the local fauna. Please, let us know if you encounter a mosquito in the apartment: we will take additional measures. Thank you for understanding.

• Excursions, transportation, and other services provided by the Host on your request are paid separately.

• Please, mind that it is prohibited to produce noise that may bother your neighbors, listen to loud music, and have noisy parties at night. If you want to organize some special events, please, let me know beforehand.

• Any alteration or cancellation of the reservation is carried out strictly in line with policies. Please, make sure you are aware of the applicable rules to avoid possible inconveniences.

• During check-in we kindly ask our guests to pay a $500 deposit. During check out, after we checked the difference, we are returning it to the guests.

Swimming pool rules:
• Timings: 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
• It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool.
• Use of a swimming suit is required and it is forbidden to swim with footwear or in inappropriate clothing.
• The use of the pool under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
• It is not allowed to dive into the pool.
• The use of glass cups in the pool area is prohibited.
• It is not allowed to be topless in the pool area.
• The use of the swimming pool is prohibited to all persons with communicable diseases and/or unhealed wounds.
• It is forbidden to reserve sun loungers in the pool area.
• There is no lifeguard. You will swim under your responsibility.
• In case of emergency please contact an employee.
• For your safety, we ask you to avoid swimming in the pool not during the opening hours due cleaning process.

We are not responsible for objects left or forgotten in beach areas and swimming pools.

Children are not allowed to swim without being under adult supervision


HOUSE RULES

Check-in: after 03:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM, unless otherwise approved in advance by the property management

1. No extra overnight guests. Please, stick to the number of people stated in your booking.
2. It is strictly forbidden to store or use in the apartment any kind of illegal substances or drugs.
3. Not suitable for pets unless otherwise approved in advance by the property management. A $500 fee will be charged for any policy violation.
4. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside. We respect other tenants and take care of the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
5. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay unless such damage has been inflicted by forces of nature or other forces beyond guest’s control.
6. Please, turn off water taps and all electric appliances when leaving the property.
7. Please use AC with doors and windows closed, otherwise it may cause overloading and overheating of the system.
8. Do not flush toilet paper and items of personal use down the toilet as it may cause clogging.
9. The management is not responsible for any valuables lost or stolen on the property. Safes are provided.
10. The management doesn’t bear any responsibility for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage caused by personal negligence or by any other circumstances.
