Not only is it beautiful, modern, and fully-equipped with everything you need, it should also be equal to the newest resorts and include maid services for your comfortable stay. Our villa is maintained in the perfect state by our maid who has been working for our guests since long ago.

Just like many other luxury villas in Dominican Republic Punta Cana, Villa Waterfall features the following amazing features: much space, private area, private pool and patio, modern equipment and comfy furniture, gorgeous design and maid service.

There are speakers and spacious sofas where you can relax and feel like at home. There is a large big dining table in the dining room with places for 12 people. In your private area, you can enjoy eating outside or a BBQ party with your family.

Punta Cana villas with chef are not always budget-friendly. That is why the chef services are optional. The large kitchen is fully equipped, so if you like to cook you will have all you might need to create your culinary masterpieces, and if you don't want to cook, we also provide chef services and meal plans for every taste upon request (for an extra charge)!

Each luxury bedroom has its own bathroom, a walk-in closet, and A/C. From large windows you can enjoy wonderful views over the greenery and the golf courses.

-GUEST ACCESS-

Please, send us the copies of passports/IDs of your group members to get access cards to the gated community. They will be ready for your check-in always when you send your documents beforehand. You might be asked for an ID for your first access.

Interaction with Guests:
We are always ready to answer any of your questions. Do not hesitate to contact me. We will be happy to help you book transport from and to the airport, as well as excursions, shopping and other services. A chef service is available at an additional cost.

Registration will be done by me or my assistant. We provide you with all the information you need, give you helpful tips on what to do and where to go - you will know all about the best places to visit.

-THE NEIGHBORHOOD-

This lovely residence is located right in the center of the world famous Cocotal Golf Club with great views. Where else can you combine a vacation with a golfing or a lesson?

In addition, the residential complex has a small grocery store and a restaurant.

If you decide to take a break from your workouts, you can bask in the sun on the beautiful white sand beach of Bavaro near the residence (5 minutes drive). Enjoy your vacation and try various activities such as scuba diving and snorkelling, dine in good company at international restaurants or sip a refreshing drink in one of the many bars, go shopping, visit sports or massage centers.

-GETTING AROUND-

There is a bus stop just opposite the entrance to Cocotal, or we can help you rent a car! We also organize transfers to / from the airport, cafes / restaurants / nightclubs at any time of the day or night. Do not hesitate to find out everything about the transfer at the most reasonable price.

-OTHER THINGS TO NOTE-

The rental price includes 9h maid service, WI-FI, and Cable tv!
Additional services, which can be provided (subject to availability and extra charges), include:

- Private chef is available with an additional daily cost of USD 150 and includes 3 meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Grocery is bought apart and if you wish us to buy the groceries for you, we normally charge 20% plus to the total bill for this kind of service. (The grocery shopping fee is 20% of the total amount of the receipts if it is more than $500. If it is less than $500 the fee is $100 USD flat).

- Private airport transfers from/to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ)

- In-villa Spa services

- Excursions (snorkeling, fishing, catamaran, swimming with dolphins, zip lines, etc.)

On the arrival, we kindly ask our guests for a security deposit of $1500 in cash, which will be returned to them on the day of check-out
