- One Guest Parking Pass provided for easier beach access - Not to be used
for general On Street Parking. Specific use instructions provided in the
home.
- Dog Friendly! 2 Dog Maximum - $90 Dog Fee per Pup
Dogs must be leashed when outdoors
Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless QUIETLY crated.

- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home and due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved surfaces Only
- Due to the severe water crisis at Dillon Beach, we are kindly requesting all guests be respectful and conscientious of their water usage. This includes limiting water use to only what is absolutely necessary. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

What is Spring like at Northern California Beaches?
The weather is usually mild & sunny and generally fog-free through May! Expect temperatures to range from Mid 50’s to Mid 70’s. Some say the Spring is the best season to visit! Wild poppy, iris, red hot poker, & sea foam plants carpet the headlands, while the sun shines clear & bright.
