Modern and fresh, cute and tidy, this cozy 1 bedroom apartment for rent a few steps from one of the best Bavaro beaches is a perfect getaway for two or four guests. It has 1 King-size bed and one sofa for your comfortable stay.

Enjoy tour time at the swimming pool on the roof-top of the building. Make a few steps and find yourself on the white sand of the Los Corales beach.

Located literally in few steps from Los Corales beach this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It has 1 King-size bed, living area with sofa-bed, bathroom, kitchenette, dining area, WiFI, and TV.

The ELECTRICITY IS PAID SEPARATELY and is not included in the reservation payment. The cost of electricity is 22 pesos/kw and is calculated based on the meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.

On the arrival, we kindly ask our guests for a security deposit of $100 in cash, which will be returned to them on the day of check-out.

Ducassi is located at 19 km from Punta-Cana international airport (20 min by car) and to enjoy accommodation you do not need any car.


HOUSE RULES

Check-in: after 03:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM, unless otherwise approved in advance by the property management

1. No extra overnight guests. Please, stick to the number of people stated in your booking.
2. It is strictly forbidden to store or use in the apartment any kind of illegal substances or drugs.
3. Not suitable for pets unless otherwise approved in advance by the property management. A $500 fee will be charged for any policy violation.
4. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside. We respect other tenants and take care of the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
5. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay unless such damage has been inflicted by forces of nature or other forces beyond guest’s control.
6. Please, turn off water taps and all electric appliances when leaving the property.
7. Please use AC with doors and windows closed, otherwise it may cause overloading and overheating of the system.
8. Do not flush toilet paper and items of personal use down the toilet as it may cause clogging.
9. The management is not responsible for any valuables lost or stolen on the property. Safes are provided.
10. The management doesn’t bear any responsibility for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage caused by personal negligence or by any other circumstances.
11. Please take into consideration that ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA.Usually, people spend about $5-20 US per day. It is an AVERAGE consumption. Readings and the total amount depend on consumption in every particular case and will be calculated upon check-out and shown to you.
12. In order to protect the environment, your sheets and towels will only be changed and washed by an additional charge of US $25 per towels set/linens set. If damaged, additional fees per towel/linens may be applied.
