When it comes to LOCATION, it doesn’t get better than this!

Our paradise villa has 8 bedrooms and is located directly on the magnificent Los Corales Beach in Bávaro within a few minutes walking from supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, bakeries, small shops, spa & salon, gym, etc.

Los Corales is one of the best, most charming areas in Bávaro/PuntaCana where tourists can live as the locals do. Everything you need is literally right around the corner!
The space
This villa is located in Los Corales, Bavaro, approx. 12 miles from Punta Cana Airport (25-minute drive). This is a great area to stay if you want to experience living like a local in Punta Cana!

There are several places (bakeries and small cafés) that serve breakfast and for lunch & dinner, you will find lots of exciting options and some of the best restaurants in town, e.g. international restaurants, Italian, Mexican, Asian, Indian, vegan, burger joints, etc. If you want to hang out at the beach and enjoy a cool beach bar/lounge, Hurricane Café and Soles Chill Out Bar are just down the beach and definitely two places that you should check out. The local fruit & veggie truck comes around almost daily and you can get your fresh tropical fruits straight from the farms to take home and enjoy.

The area is generally quiet and safe to walk around in. This is also a great place for families with children to stay because everything is within easy walking distance.

And then, of course, there is the BEACH! The villa is literally ON THE BEACH. You step out of the building and your feet are already in the sand…walk approx. 25 steps further and you’ll be on the beach itself. There’s a reserved beach area (only for guests/residents of Los Corales) with sunbeds belonging to the villa and palm leaf umbrellas. The beach is yours for the taking! If you want to exercise, you can easily walk/run a 5K along the beach, go for a swim or do a little sunrise yoga/stretching to the sound of the waves. The early mornings are best for working out before it gets too hot.

-THE SPACE-

This property is an impressive villa that resembles a Miami-style luxury mansion. This villa is the essence of modern minimalism paired with the best of the Caribbean – the most gorgeous ocean view!

The Interior is kept in colors of black & white neutrals and with lots of space in the indoor and outdoor common areas where you can relax and play. PLAY may just be the operative word when you stay at the villa – the ground floor living room of the entire villa has been turned into your ultimate game room with a poker table, pool table, and ping-pong table.

This villa has 8 bedrooms – 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower, TV, closet space and air conditioning. 3 bedrooms have "his & her" bathrooms (i.e. 2 bathrooms)!

-GROUND FLOOR-

The villa welcomes you through impressive black double front doors. The entrance leads to the downstairs living room and dining room, which is connected to an open kitchen. This is also the game room, your ultimate play & entertainment zone with poker table, pool table, ping-pong table and a bar area (drinks are not included). There is also a large sofa and a big flat-screen TV. From the downstairs living room, you will have direct access to the private swimming pool and terrace which wraps around the front of the building.

The ground floor has a guest bath, 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and direct access to the pool area. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin/single beds in each room, which can be combined into king beds.

-FIRST FLOOR-

From the entrance hall, you can walk up the stairs to the 1st floor of the villa. On this floor, you have a 2nd living- & dining room and an open kitchen. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and designed for a real gourmet chef – which does come included in your villa rental! Your personal chef is ready to prepare all of your meals as requested and planned prior to your arrival, so you have less to worry about during your vacation (groceries are not included). If you want to cook your own meals, the chef must be present as many of the kitchen items belong to him personally.

The living room and dining room feature breathtaking views of the beach and the Caribbean Sea with sliding doors that open for direct access to a large balcony with an outdoor dining table (seats 16 people). This is usually where our guests like to have their meals and enjoy the view.

This living room also has a comfortable sofa area and large-screen television. The 1st floor has a guest bath, 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and direct access to a balcony. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin/single beds in each room, which can be combined into king beds.

-SECOND FLOOR-

The 2nd floor has two impressive master bedrooms with king beds, walk-in closets, his/her bathroom, direct access to a large balcony with sunbeds and a spectacular ocean view.

There is also another outdoor dining area on the balcony of the 2nd floor with a dining table (seats 16 people) and an outdoor kitchen area with 2 gas BBQ grills.

-THIRD FLOOR-

The rooftop terrace of the villa on the 3rd floor is not accessible as this space is reserved for the solar panels that were installed in 2018 and provide clean energy for the entire villa!

-VILLA STAFF-

When you stay at the villa, you’ll have a personal chef and 2 maids included. Your chef will prepare all meals to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included) and the maids are there to clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens. The villa staff lives on the property in the adjacent staff quarters located behind the kitchen.

You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay.

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:

• Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
• Spa treatments or in-villa massages
• Chef service (a personal chef)
• Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
• Excursions (catamaran, deep-sea fishing, ATVs, zip lines, etc.)
• Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + 15% service charge)
• All-inclusive meal plan for food & beverages consumed in the villa
• House bar (cost price of bottles + 15% service charge)

When you stay at the villa, you’ll have access to the facilities at Cocotal Golf & Country Club, including a 27-hole golf course ($), clubhouse with restaurant ($), bar ($), pool area, playground and paddle tennis ($). You'll also have preferred access to Jellyfish Beach Club ($) located on Bavaro Beach.

*Guests do not have access to the Melia/Palma Real Beach Club (only for property owners)!
