- Dining area - The expansive table sits in front of a wall of windows/French doors/ facing the ocean! Great for meals & fun, family game nights! Extraordinary Ocean Views!

- Sitting Room - Light-filled sitting room with fantastic water views & wood burning fireplace. Perfect place to catchup with a great book-Kindle...(The Dillon Beach store sells firewood)

- Bedroom 1- Primary w/ a Very Comfy Queen bed, a gas log fireplace, ocean views, Private Bathroom 1 Tub/shower.

- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home and due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces only.
- Due to the severe water crisis at Dillon Beach, we are requesting all guests be respectful and conscientious of their water usage. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
- NO PARTIES We are in a Private Community with an HOA

What is Spring like at Northern California Beaches?
The weather is usually mild & sunny & fog-free thru May! Expect temps to range from Mid 50’s to Mid 70’s. Some say the Spring is a great time to visit! Wild poppy, iris, red hot poker, & sea foam plants carpet the headlands.
1. Explore the beaches, sand dunes & tidepools! The beaches are much less crowded!
2. You will likely see baby seals being born!
3. Good chance of spotting Whales migrating along the coast.
