PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well-trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. Please no cats.

Prominence on 30A is certain to attract families looking to experience the area with easy access to new and long time 30A haunts along the beautiful white beaches of The Panhandle. Prominence features incredible amenities, open green spaces & easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Guests will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center, resort style pools, and fitness center.

The Big Chill, a family hot-spot for entertainment, features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which plays all types of sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops, including Luke Bryan’s new cigar shop, are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.

Prominence is perfectly placed right in the middle of Seaside & Seagrove Beach on the west and Alys & Rosemary on the east. 20 minutes to Pier Park.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
