Families will certainly enjoy the close proximity to the amazing Prominence community amenities. The 5,000 sq. ft. pool is surrounded by a large pool deck and nice shady areas in which to enjoy relaxing. The beach is an enjoyable and easy bike ride away.

Please be aware that the area immediately surrounding this home within the Prominence community is still being built out. There will be construction occurring on the grounds in general on most days. PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS***
We welcome well trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE.
