SeaChase Resort is centrally located in Orange Beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This gorgeously updated two bedroom condo located on the eighth floor has floor to ceiling stunning views of the white sandy beaches. Impeccable amenities onsite include four outdoor pools featuring a zero entry and infinity pool, children's wading pool, indoor heated pool, fitness center, two relaxing saunas, and tennis court.

The Space:
Upon entering this exquisitely modern condo take in the recently renovated kitchen with beautiful countertops and stainless steel appliances. This well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to create a spectacular homecooked meal. Washer and dryer are located in the pantry off of the kitchen for your convenience. The open concept layout features a dining area with four seats and additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. Relax in the comfortable living area after a long day at the beach with a flat screen TV and sleeper sofa. Enjoy a beautiful Alabama sunset on the private terrace right off of the living area. The stunning main bedroom features a king-size bed with access to the balcony. The main bathroom connected to the main bedroom has a double vanity with large soaking tub and shower. The spacious second bedroom has a queen-size bed and flat screen tv.

Guest Access:
Welcome to SeaChase Resort! Parking passes must be pre-purchased and vehicles will be registered at the guard shack. Parking passes are each $60 with a limit of 2 passes. When arriving at SeaChase Resort, your unit is in the building on the far right side. Take the elevator to the eighth floor and take a right and it's the first door you come to. We hope you enjoy your stay at SeaChase Resort! There are two key cards left for you. These key cards will be located on the counter upon arrival. These access the pool. There is a $50 charge by the complex is these are missing.

The Neighborhood:
SeaChase Resort is centrally located on the white sandy beaches of Orange Beach. Directly across the street you have access to two grocery stores. Start your morning off walking across the street to Café Beignet. Great restaurants in the area include Pier House, Wolf Bay, Cobalt, The Gulf, Big Fish, and much more. Towards the west you are just minutes away from Gulf Shores and the State Park which includes 3.5 miles of beaches. The Wharf, just down the street in Orange Beach has an entertainment district with plenty of shopping.

Getting Around:
SeaChase Resort is centrally located in Orange Beach on Perdido Beach Blvd. If coming from the Beach Express in Orange Beach, turn left onto Canal Road. Turn right onto AL-161, then turn right on Perdido Beach Boulevard and SeaChase Resort is a little over a mile on your left. If traveling from the west, you may cut through the State Park from Gulf Shores on Hwy 59 after turning onto Beach Blvd, SeaChase Resort will be about 5 miles on your right.

Other Things to Note:
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
The complex allows only 2 vehicles. Parking passes are pre-purchased with your reservation and picked up guard shack. No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite.
For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
There are two key cards. These cards are used to access the pool area. The complex charges $50 if these are lost/missing. Please use them during your stay and leave them on the counter upon your return.
No Smoking in the unit or on the balcony, only in the designated areas of the complex.
No Pets
