Sunrise Village is a low density beach front complex that is the ultimate vacation spot for your family, which includes a heated pool. A large stretch of sugar white beaches out front, but still close to the heart of Gulf Shores. Cool off in Sunrise Village's pool after a long day at the beach. Kick back and relax in this refreshed condo just steps to the sand to begin your holiday.

The Space:
Relax in this open concept living space featuring a sleeper sofa with comfortable seating. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to whip up a local seafood dish. This unit has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Second bedroom features a bunkbed with a double-size bed on bottom and twin-size bed on the top. There is also a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience.

Guest Access:
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
Parking is underneath the unit with a limit of two cars. Your parking pass will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard.
No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite.
No Smoking
No Pets
For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to The Beach House Kitchen and Island Ice Cream across the street. Just down the road you are in the middle of downtown Gulf Shores with restaurants including the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Bahama Bob's and much more. Located just minutes from The Track, Waterville, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, putt-putt, and other Gulf Shores activities. Get in those turquoise waters to do some fishing with many local charters in the area to show you the best fishing spots. Play a round of golf at the many courses offered in the surrounding areas.

Getting Around:
Take Highway 59 until it dead ends at the T in Gulf Shores. Take a right at the "T" on W Beach Blvd. Go down 1.8 miles and Sunrise Village will be on your left. Unit 114 will be in the left side building.
