Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Grand Caribbean in the heart of Orange Beach! This unit has the best of both, with public beach access walking distance across the street and backside on Cotton Bayou water. The ultimate location for sand lovers and boat people with Cotton Bayou Boat Launch right beside you. Grand Caribbean has a large complex pool out front for you to cool off in after a long day at the beach. Additionally there is also a charcoal grilling area, onsite fitness center, and boat docks to fish from.

The Space:
This stunning and spacious condo has it all for you to enjoy a peaceful family vacation. The delightful bedroom inside this modern unit features a queen-size bed with mounted flat screen TV. The hallway has a twin bunk bed, a perfect place for the kiddos. The beautiful well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to whip up a local seafood creation, and seating at kitchen bar for two. Gather with the family in the spacious open concept living room with sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. You can access the private balcony through the living room making it extremely light and airy. Enjoy incredible sunset views of both the white sandy beaches of Orange Beach and Cotton Bayou on your own private balcony.

Guest Access:
Parking passes are $30/parking pass with a limit of 2 vehicles. You will pre-purchase your parking passes. Your passes will be on the counter upon arrival. Please COMPLETELY fill out your pass and place visibly on your dashboard. Guest have 4 hours to place the parking pass visibly on dashboard or mirror. You must be at least 25 to rent at The Grand Caribbean. No parking of RV's, oversized vehicles, buses, trailers or watercraft onsite.

NOTE - Boats are allowed for renters ONLY AFTER Labor Day until BEFORE Memorial day. It is $20/day, $100/week and $300/month. These must be pre-purchased through the HOA; renter must complete registration process which will require the boat to be insured & insurance on file prior to bringing it to the property. No boats longer than 30 feet from the tip of the trailer to the back of the motor. Trucks must detach from the trailer as required on the signage onsite.

For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.

The Neighborhood:
The Grand Caribbean is located in the middle of Orange Beach. Access to the State Park Beach is directly across the street with a boardwalk to the beach! You are located minutes away from numerous restaurants such as Wolf Bay Restaurant, The Gulf, Cotton's, Cactus Cantina, Ruby Slipper, Moe's Original BBQ and much more. Catch a concert at the Wharf Amphitheater about 5 miles away. Go experience the world famous Flora-Bama only 4 miles away.

Getting Around:
From the Beach Expressway, take a left onto Canal Road and then a right on HWY 161 (By the Tom Thumb). Follow HWY 161 until it dead ends into Beach Blvd. Take a left onto Beach Blvd., and immediately get into the left lane to turn at the following light. Take a left at the light to wrap around towards Grand Caribbean, you will take the first right into the parking area just past the pool. Once in the parking lot, unit 320 is on the left side of the complex. This unit is on the third floor.

Other Things to Note:
Must be 25 to rent.

No pets allowed; all service animals are to be registered prior to arrival.

Pool hours are from 9am to 10pm.

Quite time is from 10pm to 9am.

All parties who come to this property are under surveillance so please be sure to abide by the rules & signs on the property so that you can enjoy your vacation & trip to the beach.
