This first floor spacious condo sits on a Lucius lawn with private balcony overlooking the outdoor pool and beach.

The Space:
Walk into this one of a kind large ground floor three bedroom unit. The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of room to whip up a local seafood dish. Kick back and relax in the comfortable living space with sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. Enjoy a meal around the dining table with seating for six. Natural light flows into the large main bedroom with balcony access featuring a king-size bed. The attached main bathroom has a double vanity and walk in shower and soaking tub. Second bedroom has two double-size beds and connected to the second bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has balcony access with a queen-size bed and attached third bathroom with shower/tub combo. The private balcony showcase the white sandy beaches and overlook the outdoor pool area.

Guest Access:
- The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges $50/parking pass and limits ONE vehicle per condo. Your parking pass will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard. No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.

- You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.

- For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.

The Neighborhood:
Four Seasons is located in the heart of Orange Beach. A short drive to many favorite restaurants including Louisiana Lagniappe, Fresh Off the Boat, and The Gulf. Take the kids over to Sweet Cone or City Donuts, right down the road. Plenty of adventure as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf, and much more.

Getting Around:
From the Beach Expressway, take a left onto Canal Road and then a right on HWY 161 (By the Tom Thumb). Follow HWY 161 until it dead ends into Beach Blvd. Take a left onto Beach Blvd., and Four Seasons will be on your right in half a mile. Pull into the complex and unit 103E is in the left building on the ground floor.
