Welcome to Cotton Bayou in the heart of Orange Beach! This bay view condo is the perfect destination for boating enthusiasts, with boat slips, boat launch, and a fish-cleaning station at the complex. This fabulous condo is light and airy, with vaulted ceilings and a bright, fresh design. Resort style amenities at Cotton Bayou include an outdoor pool, tennis court, gazebo and community BBQ area.

The Space:
In addition to being a boater's paradise, Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access is 0.4 miles from the condo.

The Great Room
Enter this coastal condo with an open concept living space and beautiful kitchen. After a day out on the water, relax in the comfortable living space with two large sofas. The dazzling well-equipped kitchen is stocked with just about everything you’ll need to turn the day’s catch into a culinary feast. The charming dining table seats four comfortably. Natural light streaming in
from the private balcony, only enhances the space further.
Bed and Bath
The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed. Second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Upstairs in the loft, you will find two double-size beds. Washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience.
Outdoor Area
Balcony off the living area is a great spot to sit back and enjoy the water view. And of course, the Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access is 0.4 miles from the condo.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Washer/dryer, BBQ pit, parking, complex pool and tennis court.
Welcome to Cotton Bayou! There are (2) designated covered parking spots under building 7 in section H. Your parking pass will be on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it visibly on your vehicle's dashboard.
The boat slips are on a first come, first serve basis (max boat 32') and proof of insurance and registration must be submitted. The complex will charge $105 per 7-day pass (if a renter is staying longer than a week and wishes to use the boat slips than weeks 2-4 will be discounted to $55.00 per week...........If you have renter staying beyond 4 weeks then they may choose to pay the weekly rate only when they put a boat in the water or they may choose the monthly fee of $210.00 per month. If they choose the monthly fee route than they must pay that fee for every month they are here whether they are using a boat slip or not. Boat launch is also located on the property.

The Neighborhood:
Cotton Bayou Condominiums a short drive to many favorite restaurants, including Louisiana Lagniappe, Fresh Off the Boat, and The Gulf. Take the kids over to Sweet Cone Alabama or City Donuts, right down the road. Plenty of adventure as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf, and much more. Go check out the world famous Flora-Bama just a quick drive away.

Getting Around:
From the Beach Expressway, take a left onto Canal Road and then a right on HWY 161 (By the Tom Thumb). Follow HWY 161 until it dead ends into Beach Blvd. Take a left onto Beach Blvd., and Cotton Bayou Condominiums will be on your left in a mile. Pull into the complex and go to building 7. There are (2) designated covered parking spots under building 7 under H. Unit H is on the second floor.

Other Things to Note:
* The boat slips are on a first come, first serve basis and proof of insurance and registration must be submitted. The complex will charge $100 per 7-day pass. There's only one boat allowed per unit. Slips up to 32', depths 5-12', water & power 110/30A. No trailer parking on-site unless it can fit underneath unit.
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
