Welcome to Pelican Place at Sea Horse in Gulf Shores! This spectacular unit is directly across the street from the whites sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has recently been renovated to create a beautiful retreat for your next vacation. Take a dip in the community outdoor pool to cool off. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.

The Space:
Living Area
Walk into this beautifully decorated coastal condo with open concept living area and kitchen. Kick back and relax after a day on the beach in the living area, featuring a sleeper sofa with a Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a local seafood dish. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen closet.

Bed and Bath
The main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with double-size beds. Every room has smart floor lamps with USB chargers.

Outside
Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the Adirondack chairs right outside your door. There is a rinse station located directly under the unit to wash all the sand off. There is a community outdoor pool at the complex.

Guest Access:
Welcome to Pelican Point at Sea Horse! The complex allows two cars per unit. Unit 112 is located on the 2nd floor of the 1st building closest to Hwy 182. *Sea Horse does require parking passes. The passes are free of charge and limits TWO vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard. We hope you enjoy your stay at Sea Horse!

The Neighborhood:
A short drive to The Beach House Kitchen and Island Ice Cream. Just down the road you are in the middle of downtown Gulf Shores with restaurants including the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Bahama Bob's and much more. Located just minutes from The Track, Waterville, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, putt-putt, and other Gulf Shores activities. Get in those turquoise waters to do some fishing with many local charters in the area to show you the best fishing spots. Play a round of golf at the many courses offered in the surrounding areas.

Getting Around:
Take Highway 59 until it dead ends at the T in Gulf Shores. Take a right at the "T" on W Beach Blvd. Go down 2.8 miles and Sea Horse will be on your right. Unit 112 will be in the first building closest to the beach.

Other Things to Note:
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite. For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
