Welcome to Summer House West #B102!
Enjoy your next vacation down the peace and quiet of Gulf Shores at Summer House West! This low density complex is across the street from the white sands. Take advantage of the complex's outdoor pool, BBQ grilling area with picnic tables, and fishing pier on the waterside of Little Lagoon.

The Space:
Living Area:
Walk into your coastal retreat with open concept living space and kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pot/pans/utensils to whip up a local seafood creation. For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Seasoning items are not provided for the safety reasons of our guest
Enjoy your meals at the table for three and additional seating at kitchen bar. The cozy living space has a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV to relax after a day on the beach. A washer and dryer is located in the hallway for your convenience.

Bed and Bath:
The serene main bedroom features a king-size bed with flat screen TV. The en-suite main bathroom features a shower/tub combo. An additional half bathroom is located in the hallway.

Guest Access:

The condo has its own deeded beach access. Standing at the road facing the gulf, there is a wooden walkway about 40 yards to your left between 2 houses. It has a small wooden sign that says "summer house west beach access"

The Neighborhood:
Just down the road is The Beach House Kitchen, and the house is an eleven-minute drive from the middle of downtown Gulf Shores with restaurants including the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Bahama Bob's and much more. Located just minutes from many must-visit spots including The Track, Waterville, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, putt-putt, and other Gulf Shores activities. Get in those turquoise waters to do some fishing with many local charters in the area to show you the best fishing spots. Play a round of golf at the many courses offered in the surrounding areas.

Getting Around:
Take Highway 59 until it dead ends at the T in Gulf Shores. Take a right at the "T" on W Beach Blvd. Go down almost 4 miles and turn right at Summer House West.

Other Things to Note:
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite.
Guests are allowed to dock their boats on our pier. There are 4 slips on the dock, and they are all on a first come basis. They cannot be reserved.
