Vacation Rental Description

This wonderful three bedroom condo is located on the white sands of Orange Beach. Take advantage of all the amenities that the Palms Condominium has to offer including an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis court, exercise room, sauna, and grilling area. This beachfront condo is a corner end unit with a wrap around private balcony with a full view of beautiful sunsets.
* Construction is ongoing at this property, we apologize for the noise and construction working hours are from 8-5.

The Space:
Living Area
Walk into this large corner condo with plenty of room for your entire family! The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a wonderful seafood dish. Enjoy your meal at the dining table, that comfortably seats six. A spacious and comfortable living room with natural light flowing in from the floor to ceiling windows. The living room features a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The show stopper of this unit is the large wrap around private balcony overlooking the turquoise water. Enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves breaking or viewing that Alabama sunset. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience.

Bed and Bath
The spacious main bedroom features a king-size bed with access to the balcony. The en-suite main bathroom features a large shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed with access to the balcony. The second bathroom features a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Guest Access:
Welcome to The Palms in Orange Beach! Parking passes are required, they are $50/each.
There is a limit of 2 vehicles. Parking passes will be in the kitchen upon your arrival. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.

The Neighborhood:
The Palms is located in the heart of Orange Beach. A short drive to many favorite restaurants including Louisiana Lagniappe, Fresh Off the Boat, and The Gulf. Take the kids over to Sweet Cone or City Donuts, right down the road. Plenty of adventure as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf, and much more. Just 6 miles east is the world famous Flora-Bama Beach Bar.

Getting Around:
From the Beach Expressway, take a left onto Canal Road and then a right on HWY 161 (By the Tom Thumb). Follow HWY 161 until it dead ends into Beach Blvd. Take a left onto Beach Blvd., and The Palms will be on your right in half a mile. It is located between Admiral's Quarters and Turquoise Place.
*This unit is located in Building II, the east building (left).

Other Things to Note:
Outdoor pool renovation starting February 23, 2023 through March 30, 2023.
Must be 25 to rent at The Palms.
Parking pass is required. A limit of 2 vehicles.
No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft onsite.
For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
