Vacation Rental Description

Have your next family vacation at Sail House - West, a welcoming duplex in Gulf Shores. Sail House-West is a pet-friendly waterfront home on Little Lagoon, take advantage of the fishing pier out back. The covered carport has a grill and picnic table to grill out and have a family meal outside together. Minutes from the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Please note that this listing is for only the West side of the duplex. (left side)

The Space:
Living Area:
Walk up the steps to the West side, and enjoy breathtaking views of Little Lagoon on the balcony. Inside the comfortable open concept living space is a cozy living room with sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a home cooked meal. There is a washer and dryer downstairs under the covered carport in the closet on the West side for your convenience.

Bed and Bath:
The main bedroom features a king-size bed. The main bathroom has a large vanity and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and twin-size bunk bed.

Guest Access:
Welcome to Sail House - West! There is a covered carport with additional parking in the driveway. When arriving at the house, Sail House - West is the left side of the house. Walk up the stairs and enter the code provided. We hope you enjoy your stay at Sail House - West!

The Neighborhood:
Less than 2 miles from the middle of downtown Gulf Shores with restaurants including the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Bahama Bob's and much more. Located just minutes from The Track, Waterville, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, putt-putt, and other Gulf Shores activities. Get in those turquoise waters to do some fishing with many local charters in the area to show you the best fishing spots. Play a round of golf at the many courses offered in the surrounding areas.

Getting Around:
If coming from AL-59, continue until the T. At the dead end take a right onto W Beach Blvd (AL-182). Go for 0.9 mi. Turn right onto W Lagoon Ave. Go for 0.3 mi and Sail House will be on your right, go down the driveway. Sail House - West will be the building on the left of the duplex.

Other Things to Note:
**We welcome your furry family members however there will be a fine for any guest who doesn't dispose of their pets waste appropriately, and please keep dogs on leash**
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
