Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Grand Caribbean in the heart of Orange Beach! Located directly across the street from beach access, with beautiful backside views of Cotton Bayou. Perfect place for the boat lover, with Cotton Bayou Boat Launch next door. Enjoy the wonderful amenities offered including outdoor pool, fitness room, and community grilling area.

The Space:
Living Area:
The spacious well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a home cooked meal. The dining table comfortably seats six with additional seating for two at kitchen bar. The pleasant living area has two comfortable couches with a flat screen TV. The living area features one sleeper sofa and access to the private balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the balcony overlooking the white sand beach. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience.
Bed and Bath:
The main bedroom features a king-size bed with access to the private balcony. The main bedroom also has a lounge chair and a flat screen TV. The main bathroom has a large vanity and shower/tub combo. In the hallway beside the main bedroom features a bunkbed with twin-size beds. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and access to the balcony. The second bathroom also has a shower/tub combo.

Guest Access:
Parking passes are $30/parking pass with a limit of 2 vehicles. You will pre-purchase your parking passes. Your passes will be on the counter upon arrival. Please COMPLETELY fill out your pass and place visibly on your dashboard. Guest have 4 hours to place the parking pass visibly on dashboard or mirror. You must be at least 25 to rent at The Grand Caribbean. No parking of RV's, oversized vehicles, buses, trailers or watercraft onsite.

NOTE - Boats are allowed for renters ONLY AFTER Labor Day until BEFORE Memorial day. It is $20/day, $100/week and $300/month. These must be pre-purchased through the HOA; renter must complete registration process which will require the boat to be insured & insurance on file prior to bringing it to the property. No boats longer than 30 feet from the tip of the trailer to the back of the motor. Trucks must detach from the trailer as required on the signage onsite.

For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.

The Neighborhood:
The Grand Caribbean is located in the middle of Orange Beach. Access to the State Park Beach is directly across the street with a boardwalk to the beach! You are located minutes away from numerous restaurants such as Wolf Bay Restaurant, The Gulf, Cotton's, Cactus Cantina, Ruby Slipper, Moe's Original BBQ and much more. Catch a concert at the Wharf Amphitheater about 5 miles away. Go experience the world famous Flora-Bama only 4 miles away.

Getting Around:
From the Beach Expressway, take a left onto Canal Road and then a right on HWY 161 (By the Tom Thumb). Follow HWY 161 until it dead ends into Beach Blvd. Take a left onto Beach Blvd., and immediately get into the left lane to turn at the following light. Take a left at the light to wrap around towards Grand Caribbean, you will take the first right into the parking area just past the pool. This unit is on the third floor.

Other Things to Note:
Must be 25 to rent.

Parking pass is required. Pre-purchase parking passes for $30 each with a limit of 2 vehicles.

No pets allowed; all service animals are to be registered prior to arrival.

Pool hours are from 9am to 10pm.

Quite time is from 10pm to 9am.

All parties who come to this property are under surveillance so please be sure to abide by the rules & signs on the property so that you can enjoy your vacation & trip to the beach.
