Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach at Seaside Beach & Racquet club!! Seaside has two outdoor pools, an indoor saltwater pool, grilling & picnic area, sauna/steam room, tennis courts, shuffleboard and is a gated community with a guard. This two bedroom condo is located in Building 2 near the Tennis courts.

The Space:
Living Area:
Light flowing into the comfortable living space in this two bedroom condo. There is a private balcony to relax on right off the living space. Enjoy the flat screen TV and sleeper sofa in the living room. The open concept dining and kitchen area feature a dining table that comfortably seats four. The well-equipped kitchen overlooks the living space with additional seating for two at kitchen bar. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils and stainless steel appliances. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Bed and Bath:
The peaceful main bedroom has a king-size bed with flat screen TV. Main bedroom has light flowing in from access to the private balcony. The main bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with flat screen TV. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Guest Access:
*Seaside Beach & Racquet Club does require parking passes. Upon arrival, let the guard know you are checking-in. Parking passes can only be purchased from guard (credit card only) and they are $50/parking pass with a limit of 2 vehicles. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard.
WINTER HOURS: The security guards are on the winter schedule of 8 AM to 8 PM daily. The fitness room and all 3 pools are also on the same schedule till February 28, 2023.
SPRING/SUMMER HOURS: Pools, fitness room & tennis courts will be open 8am to 10pm. Security guard will be on duty 8am to 4am.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance from Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Café, or Doc's Seafood. Attractions in the area include Adventure Island, Beachside Mini Golf, and Arcade. A short drive to the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips! Just a little under 6 miles from the world famous Flora-Bama Beach bar.

Getting Around:
Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is located 5.1 miles east of Hwy 59, 5.5 miles west of the Florida line and a little over 6 miles from The Wharf. You can walk to area restaurants and entertainment nearby such as Bubba's Seafood, Adventure Island and Live Bait.

Other Things to Note:
Must be 25 to rent at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club.
Parking pass is required. Parking passes for $50 each with a limit of 2 vehicles.
