Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Perdido Grande located on the bay in Orange Beach! This gated complex has great amenities to offer including a outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis court, and fitness center. This condo is a quick five minute drive from the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your evenings watching the sunset out on the community deck over the bay.

The Space:
Living Area:
The comfortable open concept living space has light flowing in from the private balcony. The living space features a sleeper sofa with large flat screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a home cooked meal. The dining area comfortably seats four around the dining table with additional seating to accommodate four at kitchen bar. Utilize the wet bar and treat yourself to a sunset cocktail out on the private balcony. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Bed and Bath:
The peaceful main bedroom features a king-size bed with access to the private balcony. The en-suite main bathroom has a large double vanity and includes a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom features two twin-size beds. The en-suite second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed and third bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

*This unit does not come with a boat slip.

Guest Access:
*Perdido Grande does require parking passes. The complex charges $25/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the kitchen counter upon arrival. Unit 2502 is in the left building and on the fifth floor.

- For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.

The Neighborhood:
Perdido Grande is located down Canal Road in Orange Beach. Perdido Grande is located 900 ft from Sportsman's Marina for the boater, where you can reserve a boat or launch your own boat. Onsite at Sportsman's Marina is the Tiki Bar and Playa restaurant. Close to Sam's Bait & Tackle convenient store to grab anything before your fishing trip. Many restaurants in the area including OSO Early, Avenue Pub, and GT's on the Bay. A little under a mile from the Waterfront Kid's Playground and Coastal Art Center to make a visit at the Hot Shop and Clay Studio. A quick five minute drive to many different public beach accesses from the complex to sit in the white sand beaches.

Getting Around:
Perdido Grande is located on Canal Road on the right about 1.7 miles from the T.

Take the Foley Beach Express (the toll is $2.50 but saves you tons of time). Once you get off the Foley Beach Express, you will go over a bridge and come to a light. At that light, take a left. Go straight. You will come to a light at the intersection of Highway 161 (there is a gas station on your right). Go straight through that light and the Perdido Grande Complex is approximately 1.6 miles on your right. When you turn into the complex, #2502 is on your left-hand building, 5th floor after your turn right off the elevator)

GULF:
There is a beach area at the complex, as well as a pool, tennis courts, etc. However, if you want to go to the gulf, take a left out of the Perdido Grande Complex. Go approximately 1.6 miles to the light and turn left onto Highway 161. Go straight. You will get to a dead end. Take a left and go over the Perdido Pass Bridge (you can see the bridge from the balcony of the condo), and immediately on your right is a nice public access to the Gulf.

Other Things to Note:
Perdido Grande is a gated community. You must use the code to access the gate. There will be a separate code to use the indoor pool, hot tub and fitness area.
