Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Phoenix VIII on the white sands of Orange Beach! Take advantage of all the amenities offered including an indoor, outdoor, and kiddie pools. Play a round of tennis on the courts or relax by the hot tubs or saunas after a workout in the fitness center. Community barbecue grills and gazebos are onsite for guests to enjoy.

The Space:
Living Area:
A large corner unit three bedroom condo has incredible views sweeping into the living space. Relax after a day on the beach in the comfortable living room with flat screen TV. Drink your morning coffee out on the private balcony and listen to the peaceful waves below. The dining area comfortably seats six with additional seating at kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a seafood masterpiece. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Bed and Bath:
The peaceful main bedroom features a king-size bed with its own private balcony to enjoy. The en-suite main bathroom features a brand new walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is perfect to put the kiddoes with a twin-size bed and bunkbed that features a full-size bunk on bottom and twin-size bed up top with pull out twin trundle. The second bathroom is located in the hallway with a walk-in shower.

In the outdoor closet the owner has provided some beach chairs, beach wagon, toys, and umbrella to use during your stay!

Guest Access:
Welcome to Phoenix VIII! *Phoenix VIII does require parking passes. The complex charges $55/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. When you arrive, stop at the security guard and they will direct you to the front desk to purchase parking passes.

The Neighborhood:
Phoenix VIII is located in the heart of Orange Beach, very close to Perdido Pass. A short drive to many favorite restaurants including Louisiana Lagniappe, Fresh Off the Boat, and The Gulf. Across the street to Zeke's Marina and Restaurant or Sweet Cones. Plenty of adventure as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf, and much more. Head east towards the famous Flora-Bama Bar & Grill, a short 5 minute drive.

Getting Around:
From the Beach Expressway, take a left onto Canal Road and then a right on HWY 161 (By the Tom Thumb). Follow HWY 161 until it dead ends into Beach Blvd. Take a left onto Beach Blvd., and Phoenix VIII will be on your right in 3 miles. Pull into the complex.

Other Things to Note:
Parking passes are purchased on-site at Phoenix VIII.
No parking of trailers, watercraft or RV's onsite.
You must be at least 25 to rent at Phoenix VIII.
For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
