Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the beautiful Orange Beach sunsets from your own private balcony! Seaside Beach & Racquet Club enjoy watching the waves along the white, sandy beaches of Orange Beach. Seaside has two outdoor pools, an indoor saltwater pool, grilling & picnic area, sauna/steam room, tennis courts, shuffleboard and is a gated community with a guard.

The Space:
Living Space:
Light flowing into this cozy condo with wonderful views of the beach! The living area features a sleeper sofa with flat screen TV. Access the private balcony to enjoy your coffee from the living room. The open concept space has a dining table that comfortably seats four. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a meal.

Bed and Bath:
The peaceful bedroom features a queen-size bed with bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Guest Access:
*Seaside Beach & Racquet Club does require parking passes. Upon arrival, let the guard know you are checking-in. Parking passes can only be purchased from guard (credit card only) and they are $50/parking pass with a limit of 2 vehicles. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard.
SPRING/SUMMER HOURS: Pools, fitness room & tennis courts will be open 8am to 10pm. Security guard will be on duty 8am to 4am.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.

The Neighborhood:
Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is walking distance to Bubba's Seafood, Adventure Island and Live Bait. Located just over 5 miles east from The Hangout, 5.5 miles to the FLORA-BAMA and a little over 6 miles from The Wharf, you will be convenient to all area attractions.

Getting Around:
Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is located 5.1 miles east of Hwy 59, 5.5 miles west of the Florida line and a little over 6 miles from The Wharf. Next to Tradewinds Condominium. This condo is in Building 3, which is the building in the back, closest to the beach.

Other Things to Note:
**Construction/concrete repair on corridors will be ongoing from March until May**
Must be 25 to rent at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club.
Parking pass is required. Parking passes for $50 each with a limit of 2 vehicles.

For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
