Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to beautiful Gulf Shores, this two bedroom condo is on the white sand beach at Lani Kai! Choose from two different outdoor pools to cool off in. Relax out on the covered balcony after a day on the beach. Two charcoal community grilling areas to cook and picnic at onsite. Very close to the heart of downtown Gulf Shores with restaurants, attractions, and nightlife!

The Space:
Walk up the steps to find a covered patio with chairs to hangout during the evenings on your vacation. Step inside to find a cozy living space with sleeper sofa and futon and flat screen TV. The open concept well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a home cooked meal. The dining table comfortably seats four with additional seating for two at kitchen bar. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit.

Bed and Bath:
The tranquil main bedroom features a queen-size bed with a TV. The en-suite main bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features two twin-size beds with mounted flat screen TV. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

No pets are allowed at this unit.
Parking notes: 2 Parking passes are included in your reservation. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard. There is one covered parking space per unit marked #231. Your 2nd car can be parked in the overflow across the street. No more than two cars. Please do not block the passageway.
No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site.
There are two door to access this unit, go up the right staircase closest to the beachside and walk up two flights. Walk through the closed gate and #231 will be on the right-side.

The pools onsite are located across the street.

The Neighborhood:
Lani Kai is located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Walking distance to Bahama Bob's, Lauria's By the Beach, and Surfside Pizza. Less than a mile from downtown Gulf Shores where you can find The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Picnic Beach, and much more. Plenty of attractions in the area for the whole family including Waterville USA, mini golf, and The Track. The angling possibilities are limitless for your next fishing adventure. Alabama Gulf Coast has some of the best golf courses around for you to try out. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Getting Around:
Take I-59 until it dead ends at Beach Blvd. Turn right onto W Beach Blvd. Lani Kai is the sky blue complex on your left in about .8 miles on the beachside. Covered parking for one vehicle in the spot marked for #231. There are two door to access this unit, go up the right staircase closest to the beachside and walk up two flights. Walk through the closed gate and #231 will be on the right-side.
