Vacation Rental Description

Get ready for your stay on the gorgeous white sands of Orange Beach. Spectacular views with floor-to-ceiling windows in this unit. This complex has many amenities to take advantage of including two outdoor pools, an indoor saltwater pool, grilling & picnic area, sauna/steam room, tennis courts, shuffleboard and is a gated community with a guard.

The Space:
Living Area
The bright and cozy living space has amazing views sweeping into this unit. Watch beautiful Alabama sunsets on the private balcony overlooking the beach and pool. There is a double-size sleeper sofa and twin-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The open concept area has a well-equipped kitchen stocked with pots/pans/utensils for your stay. The dining table seats four comfortably. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Bed and Bath
The bedroom features a queen-size bed with flat screen TV. The attached bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Guest Access:
*Seaside Beach & Racquet Club does require parking passes. Upon arrival, let the guard know you are checking-in. Parking passes can only be purchased from guard (credit card only) and they are $50/parking pass with a limit of 1 vehicle. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard.
SPRING/SUMMER HOURS: Pools, fitness room & tennis courts will be open 8am to 10pm. Security guard will be on duty 8am to 4am.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance from Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Cafe, or Doc's Seafood. Attractions in the area include Adventure Island, Beachside Mini Golf, and Arcade. A short drive to the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips! Just a little under 6 miles from the world famous Flora-Bama Beach bar.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a gated community with a total of 5 buildings. Buildings 1 & 2 surround the tennis courts. The indoor pool and sauna/steam room are located by Building 1. The two outdoor pools are in front of building 3, 4 and 5.

Getting Around:
Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is located 5.1 miles east of Hwy 59, 5.5 miles west of the Florida line and a little over 6 miles from The Wharf. Next to Tradewinds Condominium.

Other Things to Note:
**Construction/concrete repair on corridors will be ongoing from March until May**
Must be 25 to rent at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club.
Parking pass is required. Parking passes for $50 each with a limit of 1 vehicle.
