Vacation Rental Description

Come relax at Crystal Shores West! Located on the 7th floor, this two bedroom condo has amazing views of the white, sandy beaches of Gulf Shores. While not enjoying the amazing views, enjoy the onsite amenities. Crystal Shores West has an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, game room and fitness center! Come make your memories in Gulf Shores, Alabama!

The Space:
Located on the 7th floor, this condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom suite has a king-size bed, television and balcony access. The main bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bathroom is accessed from the hall and second bedroom with a tub/shower combination. There is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans and bakeware for you to make a meal during your stay. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area so the condo will comfortably sleep up to 6 people! Plenty of places to relax on the balcony and enjoy your stay

Guest Access:
*Crystal Shores West does require parking passes. The complex charges $45 and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard.
WRIST BANDS:
There will be guest wrist bands left on the counter for your use during your stay. Please leave these on the counter upon departure as we are charged for them and will have to, in turn, charge you for the replacement.
Guests will be provided a code prior to check-in once paid in full. Use the elevator to get to the 7th floor. Once off the elevator, take a right. The condo is on the left. Use the code provided to access the condo. You will have pre-paid for your parking passes. Make sure these are filled out and left visibly in your dashboard.

The Neighborhood:
Crystal Shores West is located about a mile from The Hangout and near several restaurants such as Bahama Bobs, Laurias, Pink Pony Pub and several others.

Getting Around:
Take I-59 until it dead ends into the beach road. Turn right. Crystal Shores West will be on your left about a mile. The unit is on the 7th floor, park underneath or out front of the complex. When you get off the elevator, take a right.

NOTE: Crystal Shores West is the building right PAST Crystal Shores on your left. Make sure the sign says Crystal Shores WEST not Crystal Shores

Other Things to Note:
Must be at least 25 to rent this condo
NO SMOKING on the balconies are common areas. Smoking is ONLY allowed at the BBQ grilling area.
No pets allowed
Parking passes are included in your reservation and will be waiting for you upon your arrival. Please be sure to complete the information on it before placing it in your vehicle, and keep the pass fully visible in your vehicle. Please note that there is a maximum of two (2) parking passes per unit. No trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, motor homes, or other vehicles deemed inappropriate by the property manager are allowed on the property. Such Vehicles Will Be Towed.
