The Space:
Living Area:
The updated living space has spectacular views with the floor to ceiling windows! The comfortable living space has a large sectional that features a sleeper sofa and mounted flat screen TV. Enjoy sunrise and sunset views on the expansive private oceanfront balcony with plenty of seating! The open concept living space features dining with seating for eight at the table and additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Bed and Bath:
Wake up to the ocean views from the wall of windows in the peaceful main bedroom featuring a king-size bed. Main bedroom has a mounted flat screen TV and access the private balcony and a chair that folds out into a single sleeper. En-suite main bathroom has a double vanity and separate shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, ocean views and patio access. Second en-suite bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Third bedroom has a queen-size bed and third en-suite bathroom is a shower/tub combo.

Guest Access:
Welcome to Lighthouse! The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges $40/parking pass and limits TWO vehicles per condo. You will need to check in at the Office (located on the 2nd Floor) to purchase the parking passes and receive wristbands.

Wristbands are required to be worn at all pools, hot tubs, and fitness center March-October.

The Neighborhood:
You cannot beat this location, within walking distance of Sea-n-Suds Restaurant, The Pink Pony, and The Hangout! In the middle of all the excitement that Gulf Shores has to offer for your next vacation. Plenty of shopping and entertainment in the Gulf Shores area for your stay, Waterville USA, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and Zooland Mini Golf all within a mile. Enjoy some fishing during your vacation with the Gulf State Fishing Pier less than a mile away.

Getting Around:
Take I-59 until it dead ends into E Beach Blvd. Take a left at the light and Lighthouse will be about 0.8 miles on your right. Pull into the complex and drive up to the 2nd floor to the office to purchase parking passes.

Other Things to Note:
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this condo.
No pets
No Smoking
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft onsite
