This two bedroom condo has spectacular views streaming in from the sunroom that have large sliding windows to open that create the perfect lounge area. Take advantage of the outdoor pool area that is steps from the beach. Grill some steaks after a day in the sun with the community outdoor grilling area onsite.

The Space:
Living Area:
The beautiful living space has natural light streaming in from the sunroom. Take advantage of this rare sunroom that gives you a bonus lounge area to enjoy your morning coffee with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico! The comfortable living space has a sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a tasty seafood dish. Savor a meal at the dining table that comfortably seats four.

Bed and Bath
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with gulf views and access to sunroom. The en-suite primary bathroom has a dazzling walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king-size bed. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo and this unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Parking: Parking pass is required per vehicle. Only 1 pass is allowed during peak season (March-Aug) and Labor Day Weekend. Passes are $25/pass.

The Neighborhood:
Just a short drive to local favorite restaurants including Bahama Bob's, The Beli, and The Beach House Kitchen. Only 1.5 miles to the Hangout, Pink Pony, or Sea-n-Suds in downtown Gulf Shores. Plenty of shopping and entertainment in the Gulf Shores area for your stay, Waterville USA, mini golf, and Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo.

Getting Around:
Take Highway 59 until it dead ends at the T in Gulf Shores. Take a right at the "T" on W Beach Blvd. Go down 1.4 miles and Gulf Tower will be on your left.
