Jubilee Landing has a swimming pool perfect for both adults and children, offering plenty of room to socialize and relax while working on your tan! This complex has a BBQ area just off the swimming pool area where you can grill up the day's fresh catch or your favorite cut of meat while watching the sun set below the Gulf of Mexico. The pier also offers a fish cleaning table, plenty of room for pier fishing, and a 2nd floor patio to enjoy the river views. The boat slips are on a first come, first serve basis. The Space:
Jubilee Landing condominiums are located approximately 1.5 miles East of Perdido Pass. This area of Orange Beach is a very narrow strip of land allowing for great views of the Gulf of Mexico and Old River, as well as Terry Cove and Robinson Island.
This condo accommodates up to 8 people comfortably. First bedroom with a King size bed, second bedroom with bunkbed - Full and 2 twins, and there is a sleeper sofa.

Guest Access:
You will receive check in instructions via email once paid in full. You may park at any of the spots in front of the building but you cannot park under the building. The condo is on the first floor. You can take the elevator located near the pool area or the stairs up one floor. The condo is located closer to left side of the building. Trailers cannot be parked onsite. Parking passes are $25 per parking pass with a limit of 2. You must pre purchase these as they are not sold onsite. These must be displayed in your vehicle during your stay. You will be provided a code for entry into the condo. Use the code during your stay. If you plan to bring a boat, your trailer may not stay onsite but you may pre purchase a boat slip pass at $50 a night to park in the first come/first serve boat slips.

Other Things to Note:
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent at Jubilee Landing
Renter are prohibited to park their trailers, boats are watercraft in the parking lot per condo association rules.
Renters and guests can use the marina for $25 per night. Passes must be procured in advance
from the HOA via the management company
The complex charges for parking passes at $25 per parking pass with a limit of 2 parking passes. Renters are not allowed to park under the building. Parking spots are not numbered
No pets allowed for renters
Complex only allows up to 6 people in a 2 bedroom condo per their fire code
