Being a low density building means the area never feels crowded, but you get to experience the resort style amenities that Palm Beach Resort has to offer. There are 2 outdoor pools, a fitness center, charcoal grilling area, and beach board walk all in close proximity to the unit.

The Space:
Beautifully designed spacious condo on the second floor of Palm Beach Resort. Featuring a sizeable main bedroom with a king-size bed and connected luxury main bathroom. This bathroom is complete with a double vanity, soaking tub, shower, and the washer/dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the pots/pans/utensils needed to create a delicious meal. The dining area has four seats with additional seating at the kitchen bar for two. The comfortable living space looks out onto the private balcony and also features a sleeper sofa. There is an additional twin-size ottoman sleeper in living space as well.

Guest Access:
Welcome to Palm Beach Resort! Parking passes must be pre-purchased online through the HOA and vehicles registered. Passes are $15/day, $30 for 3-7 days, and $45/month. There is a limit of one parking pass per unit. We hope you enjoy your stay at Palm Beach Resort!
