The Space:
Welcome to the luxurious Pelican Place Community. This beautiful cottage is a four bedrooms and is located only than 100 feet away with a pedestrian crosswalk and flashing pedestrian stop sign where you will find deeded beach access.

Living Area:

Up the stairs to the first elevated floor is the main living area. The living area features a sleeper sofa. Step out to the private balcony and drink your morning coffee! Back inside, you will find the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The main living area also has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Bed and Bath:

The top floor features all the bedrooms. The peaceful main bedroom features a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king-size bed with a walk-in shower in the ensuite bathroom. The third and four bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom with a tiled shower. The third bedroom features a queen bed. The remaining bedroom features a bunk bed with two full-size beds .
