- Living room - Spacious & bright room with a Wall of Windows inviting the outside in! Comfy new sectional couch and Large Screen Smart TV with YouTube TV service and other streaming capabilities! Wood burning stove for the winter months, AC Unit in the Summer months! Sliding doors opening to expansive deck overlooking the redwoods & Russian River!

- Dining area with vaulted ceilings - Large table perfect for dinners & Game Nights! Windows open to the tree-lined deck!

- Back Deck: Gas BBQ, Outdoor Dining, lighting, Lounge seating w/Gas Fire Table, River & Redwood Views!

Bedroom 1 - New Comfy King bed, Flat screen TV with Chromecast add-on and YouTube TV subscription

OUTDOOR SPACES:
- Hot Tub - Large "Soft Tub" brand in cozy fenced front deck area.
- SEASONAL (mid-June to mid-Sept) private dock with kayaks (and life jackets) for renter use! Floating Dock and kayaks are only in place while the Russian River dams are installed. The time frame is determined by the County.

- Visit Armstrong Woods (Muir Woods without the crowds) Easy walking along the valley floor or great hiking to the top of the Coastal Redwoods! Beautiful park w/ historic Redwood trees!
- The Pacific Ocean is a 25 minute jaunt away - Pup friendly beaches/watch for seals and dolphins.
- Lake Sonoma is 40 minutes away - You can rent every kind of boat!

- Parking: Up to 3 small or 2 medium sized vehicles in driveway

- NO Smoking of Anything on Property
- NO PARTIES
- NO Large Gatherings/ NO drop in- guests
***Quiet on deck and in hot tub area 9PM to 9AM. Sonoma County Ordinance for all vacation homes. We have year-round neighbors. Please respect their "sound space" on deck, in hot tub area and game room/garage

We have a In-house massage Company that can come to the house. Treat yourself to a Day Spa without ever leaving!

What is Spring Like in the Russian River Valley? Usually mild temps in the high 60's to low 80s. In Sonoma County, fun flows as abundantly as wine! Enjoy Farm to Table fresh food, Great Art Galleries, Fun bars, Unique shops, and 50+ Wineries!
