GUEST GUIDELINES:
-6 Person Max - Day or Night -NO PARTIES - NO drop-in guests - We are in a Private Community w/an HOA & Security
-3 Car Max in Driveway - No On Street Parking
-Dog Friendly: $120 Dog Fee per Dog-Dogs must be leashed when outdoors - For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate dog if you are not at the house.
-One Guest Parking Pass - Not to be used for general On Street Parking. Specific use instructions provided in the home
-NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home/outdoor smoking is restricted to paved surfaces
-Please be conscientious of water use
HEATING: A passive heating system using thermal/solar panels heats the home throughout the day & well into the night -if it gets to warm, open windows, vents & doors to let in the ocean breeze cool the house. There's a wood stove in the living room - the main heat source in the winter. The upstairs bedroom has a baseboard heater, the downstairs uses space heaters.
- Wood Stove Directions: Please be sure to bring wood and kindling w/you as we do not provide it. Wood can be purchased at the Dillon Beach Store or Tomales General Store

All arrival details—including the home address, access code, check-in/check-out times, house-specific notes, and local recommendations—will be sent to you 3 days before arrival.
You’ll receive a link with everything you need, and a printed copy will also be available in the home.
***If you do not receive your arrival information the day BEFORE your check-in, please call us and we’ll resend it right away.
