Located in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by abounds! The back patio drops down to a large open field leading to the river. You will see deer, osprey, fox, bunnies, quail, hawks... Reflections has it all..."

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
- Reflections is a rare One-story home in the Russian River Valley!
- Fast and reliable WiFi with download speeds of over 100mbps!
- Seasonal Dock and small private beach area - Mid June thru Mid Sept. We don't know the exact dates until the State Dams the River.

ENTRY LEVEL:
- Kitchen - Large and remodeled & has state of the art appliances and Everything you need for making fantastic meals! It granite counters throughout with a counter height breakfast bar.

- Living room - Has a huge, and very comfy sectional couch with a sofa sleeper, a Flatscreen Smart TV and a wall of windows looking out to the expansive yard, board games.

- Dining area has a large table, perfect for meals and Game Nights with a wall of windows and a door leading to fabulous patio, yard and River!

Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 - Primary Bedroom - Large w/ Comfy Queen Bed, reading nook, Flatscreen TV w/ Xfinity cable and windows out to greenery, private Bathroom/Shower only
- Bedroom 2 - Comfy Queen Bed, reading nook, Desk (work station), Flatscreen TV w/ cable
- Bedroom 3 - Comfy Queen Bed, Flatscreen TV w/ cable

- Bathroom 2 - Tub and Shower combo - in hallway area
- Laundry area - Washer/Dryer in hallway

THINGS TO KNOW:
- Our Dock and Kayaks can go in the water when the County installs the Vacation Beach dam & Summer Bridge, usually sometime in June (exact date varies and we won't know until 3 weeks prior to Dam installations.), and stay in the water until the dam is removed (typically mid to late September). This is County Mandated.
- Friendly Reminder: 8 people Max day or night No exceptions,
- 3 Cars Max day or night,
- No smoking of anything in the house
- NO Parties
- NO Large gatherings
- Quiet Hours are from 9:30PM to 9AM observed by all guests.
- PET POLICY - Dogs only - NO cats - $90 Dog Fee per Dog
