- Kitchen - This kitchen has Everything you need to create great meals! It is well appointed, large and has a great Breakfast Bar!

- Large Living room - Very large gathering space for 12 of your favorite people! It has sliding doors to back deck & Gas BBQ a Cozy fireplace, and lots of seating. There is a overhead projector and built-in surround sound speakers + Smaller TV.

- Dining area - The ultimate family gathering spot, a beautiful farm dining table with benches, that opens to kitchen and living room. Perfect for great meals and Game Nights!

- Bedroom 1 - The kid's room sleeps up to 3 / bunkbed and pull-out trundle bed! With children's books, toys and a small desk
- Bedroom 2 - Comfy Queen Bed and sliding doors to Hot Tub area
- Bedroom 3 - Comfy Queen Bed

- 2 Full bathrooms
- Laundry area with washer and dryer in hallway area

UPSTAIRS:
- TV lounge - The 2nd floor opens to a den-like landing with PlayStation gaming console, DVD player and two fold-out futons.

- Bedroom 4 - The Primary Bedroom spacious with King Bed, another Smart TV with DirecTV satellite package and DVD player, a fireplace and private bathroom

- The maximum for this house is 12 people Day or Night with 4 cars Max Day or Night with no on-street parking.

- NO PARTIES - We are in a Private Community with an HOA & Security Guard.
- NO Large Gatherings- Please don't attempt a party. It will not go unnoticed.

- Dogs OK! $90 Dog Fee per pup - per stay.

- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home and due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces
only.

- Due to the severe water crisis at Dillon Beach, please be respectful and conscientious of their water usage.

What is Spring like at Northern California Beaches?
The weather is usually mild and sunny and generally fog-free through May! Expect temperatures to range from Mid 50’s to Mid 70’s. Some say the Spring is the best season to visit!

2. You will likely see baby seals being born
3. Good chance of spotting Whales migrating along the coast!
