This centrally located home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to eight beach-loving guests. Friends and family can enjoy gathering in the inviting living room and connecting over conversation or a favorite movie. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops that make meal preparations and snacks a breeze. The coastal theme and open floorplan include a dining area for guests to enjoy home-cooked meals, Anna Maria Island takeout, or play a fun board game with the option of moving the fun outside to the table on the covered lanai.
The primary bedroom has a delightful seashore theme, access to the pool deck, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower to relax and refresh on your island getaway. Guests can retreat to the calming second bedroom, where they can recharge in the ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and enjoy access to the pool deck. The third bedroom has storage space and access to a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower that also has hall access. The fourth bedroom will attract younger guests and has space for playing games.
Guests will love the backyard which features a private tropically landscaped oasis with a heated pool that has two large entries and an oversized hot tub and lounge chairs to enjoy the sun.
