Waterpointe II 1002 is a dazzling Windy Hill beach condo that features full-size appliances, plush furniture, three flatscreen TVs, and stunning ocean views from the balcony and master bedroom.

The kitchen has everything a family of six would need to prepare the perfect meal inside along with its own washer and dryer for doing laundry. The complex has its own outdoor pool and shower for rinsing off any chlorine. You work hard for a living and now it’s time to spend some quality time with your loved ones.

This rental is abundant in amenities and beautiful ocean views from the balcony. With so many things to do at the resort, you may never want to leave. Fortunately, if you decide to explore the city, you’re centrally located to many of the city’s most spectacular attractions. Go out for a lavish dinner or explore the local shops. The possibilities are endless!

No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 pillowcases. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit.
