Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, the sleeping arrangements include a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds, and a queen sofa sleeper. All linens are provided, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Coral Breeze comes fully equipped with modern amenities to enhance your stay. You'll find regular and Keurig coffee makers, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, and all the kitchen essentials you need for preparing meals. A starter pack of toiletry essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, hand/face soap, body lotion, and makeup wipes, is included for your convenience. A starter pack of home essentials, such as dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, and cleaning wipes, is also provided.

For those who need to catch up on work or want to create a dedicated workspace, a desk and work area are available. Additionally, the sunroom provides a serene retreat where you can relax, read a book, or simply enjoy the natural light streaming in.

After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 1 rental per 30 day period, per Sarasota, FL ordinance, contact us for more information. Reservation must follow under the accordance of the Sarasota County code regulations. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th.
