Welcome to The Birdhouse, a charming yet coastal vacation home nestled on the beautiful island of Siesta Key. This delightful retreat offers a multitude of amenities to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Located just 1.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach, you're only a short distance away from the renowned white sands and turquoise waters that make this beach a true paradise. Enjoy the beach at your leisure, sunbathe, or engage in a variety of water activities that will make your vacation truly unforgettable.

Upon your arrival, you'll find a starter pack of toiletry essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, hand/face soap, body lotion, and makeup wipes. Additionally, a starter pack of home essentials such as dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, and cleaning wipes is provided for your convenience. The Birdhouse features three bedrooms, ensuring comfortable accommodations for up to six guests. Rest peacefully on the king bed or the two queen beds, with linens provided.

The well-equipped kitchen includes both a regular and Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, and essential kitchen supplies. For those that prefer a night in, enjoy a home cooked meal with ease. As you step outside, you will be in awe of the serene backyard oasis. Take a dip in the large private heated pool or bask in the warmth of the Florida sun while lounging on the poolside seating. After a long day of vacation festivities, fire up the gas grill for a delicious barbecue.

After our six hour in-depth cleaning of your home, we complete a 35 point property inspection to ensure that you feel tremendously safe and happy with this amazing home. This allows you to vacation worry free regarding the cleanliness of your home and truly relax as soon as you arrive. Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 1 rental per 30 day period, per Sarasota, FL ordinance, contact us for more information. Reservation must follow under the accordance of the Sarasota County code regulations. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th.
