The Space:
Come enjoy this comfortable 2nd floor condo at Island Sunrise! Walk into the living area, kick back and relax and enjoy the daybed with large 60 inch flat screen TV. Attached to the living area is your private balcony with sugar sands views of the Gulf of Mexico. Back inside beside the living area is the dining space with a table and four seats and additional seating at the kitchen bar for two. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to whip up a local seafood dish. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and flat screen TV with the private balcony attached. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay.

Welcome to Island Sunrise! The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges $20/parking pass and limits one vehicle per condo. Your parking pass will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard. When arriving at Island Sunrise, your unit on the second floor. We hope you enjoy your stay at Island Sunrise!

The Neighborhood:
You cannot beat this location, within walking distance of Sea-n-Suds Restaurant, The Pink Pony, and The Hangout! In the middle of all the excitement that Gulf Shores has to offer for your next vacation. Plenty of shopping and entertainment in the Gulf Shores area for your stay, Waterville USA, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and Zooland Mini Golf all within a mile. Enjoy some fishing during your vacation with the Gulf State Fishing Pier less than a mile away.

Getting Around:
Take I-59 until it dead ends into E Beach Blvd. Take a left at the light and Island Sunrise will be about 0.7 miles on your right. To the east of Island Sunrise is the Lighthouse Condos.

You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
