Welcome to Sunrise Village, a 36 unit low density two-story building in the heart of Gulf Shores. Just under 2 miles from the Hangout, this condo is on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Take a splash and cool off in the outdoor pool at Sunrise Village. Unit 218 is on the left side of building with covered parking. Start your vacation upon entering this charming and clean two bedroom beach condo.

The Space:
Relax after a day at the beach in the open concept living room. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to whip up a local seafood meal. Enjoy dinner or play some cards at the table for six. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed. The main bathroom is located in the hallway with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a double-size bed on the bottom and twin-size bed on the top bunk. The unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Welcome to Sunrise Village! Walking distance to The Beach House Kitchen and Island Ice Cream across the street. Just down the road you are in the middle of Gulf Shores with restaurants including the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Bahama Bob's and much more. Located just minutes from The Tracks, Waterville, putt-putt, and other Gulf Shores activities. The complex allows two cars per unit. We hope you enjoy your stay at Sunrise Village!

Getting Around:
Take Highway 59 until it dead ends at the T in Gulf Shores. Take a right at the "T" on W Beach Blvd. Go down 1.8 miles and Sunrise Village will be on your left.

Other Things to Note:
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
Parking is underneath the unit with a limit of two cars. Your parking pass will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out COMPLETELY and place it VISIBLY in your vehicle's dashboard.
No parking of RV's, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite.
For the total comfort of our guests, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. Yet, seasoning ingredients are not provided for the safety of our guests.
