Welcome to Sea & Sun in beautiful Gulf Shores! Sea & Sun is walking distance from deeded beach access just across the street from the white sandy beaches. This pet friendly condo also includes an outdoor pool to cool off after a day on the beach. Sea & Sun is a low density complex just a short drive to downtown Gulf Shores.
The Space:
Living Area:
This one bedroom pet friendly condo has an open concept living space and kitchen. The living space features a sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to whip up a local seafood dish.
Bed and Bath:
The peaceful bedroom features a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom that includes a shower/tub combo.
***A unit near this condo has ongoing construction and it maybe noisy during the day until May 2023.*
Guest Access:
Welcome to Sea & Sun! The complex allows one car per unit. Unit 204 is in the right building of the complex. When arriving at Sea & Sun, your unit is on the second floor.
Deeded Beach Access: Walk through the West 5 feet of Sun Chase Driveway (Across the street on the East).
The coin operated washer and dryer facility in the complex is to the right of the outdoor pool. We hope you enjoy your stay at Sea & Sun!

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to The Beach House Kitchen and Island Ice Cream across the street. Just down the road you are in the middle of downtown Gulf Shores with restaurants including the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Bahama Bob's and much more. Located just minutes from The Track, Waterville, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, putt-putt, and other Gulf Shores activities. Get in those turquoise waters to do some fishing with many local charters in the area to show you the best fishing spots. Play a round of golf at the many courses offered in the surrounding areas.
Getting Around:
Take Highway 59 until it dead ends at the T in Gulf Shores. Take a right at the "T" on W Beach Blvd. Go down 1.6 miles and Sea and Sun will be on your right. Unit 204 is in the right building.
