Welcome to Bama Boat Duplex- South Floor in Gulf Shores, close to the beach and 1.6 miles from Downtown Gulf Shores. This large 2,750 square foot waterfront house sits on Little Lagoon. An easy walk to the white sugar sands that the Gulf Coast has to offer with deeded public beach access located at the end of 12th Street. This duplex was renovated in 2022. Perfect retreat to bring the entire family to enjoy!

The Space:
South floor includes a comfortable living space with access to an additional private balcony. The open concept living space has a sleeper sofa. The dining table comfortably seats six at the table with additional four seats at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen is also stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a homecooked meal. There is a washer and dryer on bottom floor. The main bedroom has king-size bed with access to the private balcony. The large en-suite main bathroom has a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Third bedroom features a queen-size bed and third bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The fourth room has two twin-size beds and a twin-size bunkbed.
This home is even complete with a dock that has been completely rebuilt.

The Neighborhood:
Down the road you are in the middle of downtown Gulf Shores with restaurants including the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Bahama Bob's and much more. Located just minutes from The Track, Waterville, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, putt-putt, and other Gulf Shores activities. Get in those turquoise waters to do some fishing with many local charters in the area to show you the best fishing spots. Play a round of golf at the many courses offered in the surrounding areas.
Getting Around:
Take AL-59 until you get to the T , at the dead end take a right onto W Beach Blvd (AL-182). Go for 1.6 mi. Turn right onto W 11th St. Go for 0.1 mi. Turn left onto W Lagoon Ave. Go for 0.2 mi.
Other Things to Note:
The duplex is pet friendly for a non-refundable pet fee of $100, plus tax (dogs ONLY & certain restrictions apply (up to 40lb limit, 2 dogs max).
Please note: The duplex does not have a dock for boats.
